As an area Fitness Pro for 5+ years, I enjoy all things related to living a healthy and active lifestyle. I am an extreme athlete who enjoys training others, trying new things, all mind-body practices and exploring the wide world of organic food and holistic nutrition. I also enjoy singing, laughing and time spent with my fur-babes & pals, family and long time boyfriend.
