Greetings Dear friends!

I hope that this invitation finds you feeling fresh in this new year!  I am happy to announce that a new Mind & Body studio is set to open in Thornton on January 17th.
It is located inside of: 
Tangles Salon
3863 E 120th Ave DENVER, CO 80233 (120th & Colorado-Mission Trace Shopping Center)

There will be FREE Yoga/Pilates classes, giveaways, snacks and more.
I am so excited to begin teaching classes here on Friday nights.  
Class formats will include: Vinyasa, Restorative, Mat Pilates, TRX, PiYo and foam rolling.
There really isn't a studio like this in the area and it is sure to be a hit with so many seriously great teachers on board.   
Come check it out all day Saturday January 17th.
I will be teaching a free PiYo Strength class at 3pm so, come play my friends!!!
